Bimetal Maximum Current Meters
The BIV..-E series are bimetal instruments designed to measure maximum current values with an integrated thermal (delay) measurement characteristic. They are ideal for testing the thermal load of transformers, cables, electric machines, and other AC installations. The bimetal sensing system reacts to the thermal effects of current (with delay), providing measurements that closely reflect real thermal stress conditions.
